At just the age of 32, she is Managing Director of the WELT Group. She was previously publishing director at WELT and WELT AM SONNTAG, and before that worked for BILD as general manager for BILD Ost and B.Z. Among other things, she was named a Top 25 newcomer in the publishing business in 2020.
Leyla Piedayesh

Leyla Piedayesh

The founder and creative director of the fashion label lala Berlin was born in Iran and emigrated with her family to Germany in 1979 after the Islamic Revolution. She successfully founded her label lala Berlin in her new home country with a collection of knitwear pieces. Since then she has become a force in the international fashion business and is one of Berlin's most successful designers.

Sissi Hardenberg

Franziska von Hardenberg is a serial founder. In 2019, she founded her third company The SISS BLISS (formerly HOLY GOLDY), which is growing strongly without outside capital and is digitally revolutionizing the jewelry industry. She also founded the management consultancy "Franziska von Hardenberg" in early 2018. Here she advises large corporations on the path to digitalization, general change and shows ways in which employees can learn to think more entrepreneurially. She is also a frequent speaker and brand ambassador.

Lucas Kohlmann

With a 40% quota of women in management positions, Henkel is a pioneer in terms of female leadership. However, the Group has not yet reached its target, which is soon to be 50 percent. Lucas has been with Henkel since 2008. He is now CVP Global Head of HR Strategy, Leadership, Talent Management and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and drives digitalization issues.
