The prestitial is a fullscreen layer that opens when a user clicks on a homepage article. Before the article loads, the ad appears. The ad automatically closes after 8 seconds.

General Requirements
Bookable for individual brands within the HomeRun Supreme package, and also available in-app for mobile placements – see brand factsheet for details.
The prestitial format is only available on BILD as part of the “Ultimate Days” package.
- Animations may run for a maximum of 8 seconds. Looping is not permitted.
- The ad automatically closes after 8 seconds.
- For video integration: The video may run for a maximum of 8 seconds (recommended: 6 seconds), autoplay, muted. A poster image in the video’s dimensions is required.
- The ad is limited to a frequency cap of 1 impression per user per day (FC1/day).
- For app placements: Please ensure that creatives function without JavaScript events and are compatible with the iOS app WebView.
- For redirects, please note the following: When using redirects, the provided scripts must deliver a static image in the specified dimensions only. For responsive elements, ensure that 100% of the available space is utilized. Scripts must not alter any HTML elements that were not created by the script itself. All positioning, calculations, and further layout responsibilities are handled by the publisher.
