finanz.ru has now been launched as a new financial portal for private investors in Russia. finanzen.net, Germany's largest financial portal, is thereby continuing to pursue its internationalization strategy. Through its cooperation with Axel Springer Russia, which is also the publisher of Forbes, finanzen.net is relying on a strong partner in the Russian market.
finanz.ru is the first financial portal in Russia to combine the data from the Moscow Stock Exchange and more than 90 other stock exchanges on a single platform. Editor-in-chief of the new portal will be Pavel Miledin, who has previously worked for Forbes Russia. The new financial portal offers real-time quote data, news on domestic and foreign stock exchange topics tailored specifically to the Russian market, and detailed analyses and information. To supply its Russian and international quote data, finanz.ru co-operates with the financial data vendor "SIX Financial Information".
Jens Ohr, finanzen.net Managing Director: "With the launch of the Russian portal we are introducing finanzen.net to another important global market. The co-operation with our partner Axel Springer Russia allows us to benefit from their financial expertise and networking in the world of the Moscow Stock Exchange."
Regina von Flemming, CEO Axel Springer Russia: "We are very pleased that, along with the German market leader finanzen.net, we are able to launch the first financial portal in Russia offering real-time stock exchange data combined with detailed information and analyses of the local and international markets.
