In the “Interaction Add-on Native” we work with dynamic image-text-ads and video-text-ads that are displayed across the entire Media Impact portfolio, automatically adjusting to each respective publisher. This ensures that the message is optimally integrated into the editorial environment.

  • Images must be supplied in the four sizes listed above. If possible, at least two different motifs should be supplied to improve the optimization possibilities.
  • The following maximum number of characters applies to the ad texts:
    • Headline: max. 35 characters (including spaces)
    • Text: max. 80 characters (including spaces)
    • Displayed URL or CTA: max. 35 characters (including spaces)
  • The ads are composed by Media Impact. The images and texts must therefore be delivered separately.
  • Depending on the publisher, the composition of the ad adapts dynamically. The publisher has the choice of not displaying the ‘Displayed URL/CTA’ element in order to achieve a particularly harmonious image of the ads in his content. Therefore, make sure to place the most important content of your ad in the headline and at the beginning of the text.
  • The display is always multiscreen. Mobile-only or desktop-only display is not possible.

Video Ads – Specifications & Tips

Video ads must not exceed a maximum file size of 5MB and should not be longer than 15 seconds. After these 15 seconds, the video will loop (it will automatically repeat). We recommend a resolution of 720p or Full HD. Accepted formats include: mp4, webm, mov, and gif. Avoid placing any important information at the edges of the frame, as the video will automatically be cropped to fit the required aspect ratios of 1:1, 4:3, 16:9, and 10:3. Additionally, we recommend creating a separate ad group for all video ads.
